New Life in Christ: Easter Silent Retreat

This will be a silent retreat, with the exception of a brief talk to set up the day in the morning and a chance to debrief the day together at the end of the day.

We will offer guidance for the time of silence around an Easter theme of New Life in Christ.

This is a “choose your own adventure” silent retreat. After you sign up for the retreat, you will receive an invitation to design your day. We will provide options for you to:

...Engage nature through prayer and reflection to consider Christ’s gift of life
...Engage scripture to look back and look forward to notice Christ’s gift of life
...Engage simple artistic expressions to connect with Christ’s gift of life
...Meet with a spiritual director, who will listen with you for Christ’s gift of life

Or, you may enjoy the silent time however is best for you!

Note - we need 17 women to sign up for this retreat to “make” with the Ignatius House so that Kaleid does not lose money. Please share it with your friends and church communities!

Note - if your schedule does not allow you to arrive at 8:30 or leave at 3:00, that is okay! We will provide a beginning, independent prayer practice for the first hour; we will briefly set up the day at 9:30 in the chapel to provide some guidance for your silence; and then we will meet at 2:30 to debrief the day and close. You are welcome to miss any of these scheduled times if you need to amend the day to suit your life.

Location: The Ignatius House retreat center in Sandy Springs/Northwest Atlanta
